He went to Laban, and Laban told Jacob to fulfill her honeymoon week and that he would give Racheal to him in exchange for him to work for her another seven years. Gen 29:25-27

Answer  - Since he was 17 years old when he was sold into Egypt and he was 30 years old when Pharaoh made him overseer in Egypt, that was a span of 13 years. Gen 47:46

Answer - The journey would have been some 450 to 500 miles. Gen 28:10
